Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Parkwo website, mobile app and related services. By using Parkwo you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Parkwo (“Parkwo”, “we”, “us”) runs an online platform that connects drivers with parking spaces in Nepal. The parking spaces themselves are owned or operated by independent parking owners (“Owners”).

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate details, including a valid mobile number.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your login and OTP codes private.
  • We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.

3. Bookings

  • A booking gives you the right to park one vehicle of the booked type, in the booked lot, for the booked time.
  • Prices, availability and facilities are set by Owners and shown before you pay.
  • Overstaying may incur extra charges at the lot's hourly rate. You can extend a session in the app while space is available.
  • You must follow the Owner's rules, posted signs and the instructions of lot staff.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through eSewa, Khalti or other providers we support. Prices are in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Owners

  • Owners must have the legal right to rent out the listed space and hold any permits required by the local municipality.
  • Owners keep listings accurate, including capacity, pricing, hours and facilities.
  • Owner payouts are made monthly to the registered bank account, minus any agreed service fee.

6. Vehicles and liability

Parkwo is a booking platform and does not operate parking lots. To the extent permitted by Nepali law, Parkwo is not liable for loss, theft or damage to vehicles or belongings while parked. Any such claim should first be raised with the Owner. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2075.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform: no fake bookings or listings, no scraping, no attempts to bypass payments, and no illegal activity in booked spaces.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
