Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to run Parkwo, and we never sell your data. This policy follows the Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018).
What we collect
- Waitlist: name, mobile number, email, district, area and the vehicles you drive.
- Owner registration: contact details, lot location and map link, capacity, pricing, hours and facilities.
- App use (after launch): bookings, vehicle number, approximate location while searching, and payment confirmations from eSewa/Khalti. We never see your wallet PIN or password.
- Website analytics: anonymous, cookie-free page-view statistics via Vercel Analytics.
How we use it
- To run your bookings and send you receipts and reminders.
- To contact you about the launch if you joined the waitlist.
- To verify and list parking lots, and to pay Owners.
- To prevent fraud and improve the service.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed: your booking details with the Owner of the lot you booked, payment data with the payment provider, and data with service providers that host our systems (such as Supabase and Vercel) under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when required by Nepali law.
How long we keep it
Waitlist data is kept until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it. Booking and payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving messages, at any time. Email info@parkwo.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you of any breach that affects you.
